Everyone is crazy about ombré and so am I!

I did my nails in this style… used OPI nail polishes from pinky to index finger:

Thanx to the awesome Amanda I got my ass to Sephora in the search of a highlighter.. even though I didnt buy High Beam from Benefit (it was too pink for my already piggy pink face) I found an AMAZING highlighter from Tarte.

The Provocateur Amazonian Clay Shimmering Powder in Champagne is awesome is like golden light touch your cheeks!

And cause I have been wanting needing the NAKED palette from Urban Decay… snce the first time I saw it It was love at first sight.. 3 times I was in Sephora and it was sold out but now is a part of my collection…YAAAAYYY! now I will try all those shimmering, matte naked nude colors! It`s going to be soo much fun!

I got some questions about my Vanity Desk and which brands I use…

Where did you get your Vanity Desk?

My Vanity Desk is DIY from IKEA a huge mirror, some lights on the sides, a table and a little table next to it where I have the home phone, my hair stuff and my sunglasses and glasses.

brushes and parfumes on the left… makeup on the right and on the front is my OPI collection.

How many nail polishes u have?

I have over 20… mostly OPI but some Dior and Chanel as well

What can`t you live without?

Perfume! I am crazy about Viktor & Rolf parfumes as well  Guerlain… I have as well Dior and Issey Miyake between others… my Tiffany`s engagement ring box and my brushes.. I have some standard brushes and MAC as well.

Which brands of makeup you use?

On the right side is my makeup.. I minimized my collection a lot! I changed many of my favorite shadows into a MAC Pro palette that is under the Naked box. I use blushes from MAC normally though I own a Bobby Brown as well. I have some shadows from Shiseido, YSL, Lancome and Bobby Brown. All face products like foundations, concealers, powder, primers and fix are from MAC though I have a corrector from Bobby Brown. Lipsticks and glosses are mostly from Guerlain, I have some from MAC and other brands like Estee Lauder. Mascara from MAC and Chanel. Eye and lipliners in different brands.

Why do I just have expensive makeup?

I am allergic to MANY things.. I do try many stuff on my hands but most of it swallows and itches.. so I am not lucky enough to buy cosmetics from a drugstore… sadly

You seem to do a lot with your hair. How do you store all your stuff?

behind my room door is a little IKEA table that keeps my hair products. hair curler, iron, dryer and brushes. Hair spray and oils… my glasses and sunglasses… a moleskine and the house telephone (looks like an ipad) and under it is the cable connections and my hair curlers.

So I answered a bunch of questions.. if u have more keep on asking on kleinjinx@me.com or on the comments under the posts.. we fixed that 2 weeks ago!

Happy Halloween Readers!!!! This is the first halloween that I had a scary look… I went with my fiancee as Zombie boy and Lady Gaga… I know with a pink wig or extensions it would look better.. but hey! I love the brunette XXL ponytail.. it is kind of an art to keep your head straight using 2 sets of hair.. about half kilo of extra hair to get this look.

We wore:

• skinny black jeans
• white mens shirt
• smoking jackets
• black boots and shoes
• black bow ties

Make up took us abut 5 hours.. but it was fun! starting with puting glue to our eyebrows (thanx Tara- @missrogue for the tip) we used white costume colour for the base, then grey eyeshadow and peach eyeshadow for the texture and black cotume color and black eyeshadow to make the details of the skull-tattooed- face:

we looked spoooky! and it was fun to see norwegians get ALL excited when they saw us! we had a blast, we went dancing until 4am and had a great time! looking forward to next halloween already!

and the best end of the day, I made cupcakes!!!!!

Today I was looking kindda star war-ish I think…

I wore:

Make up:

• Face: MAC foundation in NC25, MAC concealer, MAC Studio Careblend, Blush in Peaches & Sunbasque
• Eyes: MAC eyeshadow in Vanilla and Brule, Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus, Estee Lauder Projectionist Black Mascara & MAC Mascara X, Impeccable Brow Pencil in Taupe.
• Lips: MAC primer and MAC matte Velvet Teddy

Before I came back to Oslo, I wanted to get to the M.A.C. Store in dusseldorf and get some stuff… Actually just a travel pack from them… And I ended up buying all this.
2 matte lipsticks (nude&red)
2 blushes (peach & bronze)
1 lipstick base
2 eyeshadows (military green & light brown)
1 travel bag with cleanser, fix, primer. Oil and cream.
1 foundation
Wipes

And all in fast 15 minutes :)

The nail polish must have of the season. A yellow petal color of mimosa (as its name suggests) designed by Peter Philips, Creative Director of Chanel makeup. A real favorite that may well see all the nails this summer ! 21 €.

Oky, as a guy I am not so into nailpolishes but because my girlfriend who really loves nail polish I sometimes take a look.
I know that chanel isn’t known for its quality (there seems to be OPI the best ?!) but for their colors and their limited editions, its something like collecting soccer-stickers for girls I assume ! And with the follwing one they did it again. It makes me even wan’t to buy it !

I got post today… My M.A.C. order is there.. as in germany the M.A.C. store is closed already at 7pm I never get to be there enough time to get some new stuff.. until last week I found the online store … I was sooo happy and surprised that even the post delivery had sucha great taste on design! I love the way it came and that shows the amount of time they take to make their product look good cause it is a great product…

as u can see I am wearing the nail polish from M.A.C. called Nocturnelle in black and It looks matte cause I added  a coat of  ”matte about you” from Essie

I even did my toe nails withe it… halloween nails and toe nails FTW!

Racoon eyes make up is seen EVERYWHERE.. so I decided to try it.. but I guess It looks better for people with green/blue eyes and lighter eyebrows than mine.. still I think I will try this style next time I go to a trash party or just a day I feel like like surprising people at the club… but I am not sure about it.. my tattoos plus racoon eyes might be a bit too hard…
